Start dates
The start date of the subscription is flexible and based on seasonal weather conditions and product availability. An email will be sent out one week prior to your subscription starting as a reminder.
Local pick-up or Delivery
Bouquets will be available for convenient pick-up from a local Brooklin business we are partnering with, ERC Optometry, 72 Baldwin St Unit 101, Whitby. For those that choose delivery, if you will not be home during your delivery time slot, flowers will be left in a bucket on your porch.
Can I purchase a subscription as a gift for someone else?
Yes! If you would like to gift a subscription to a friend or loved one, we can provide a printable digital gift certificate. Please leave a message requesting one in the “special instructions” box upon checkout.
Missed pick-ups or vacations
Where feasible, we will do our best to accommodate missed pick-ups within the same week. If you will be on vacation or away and will not be able to pick-up/receive your bouquet then please arrange for a friend or family member to pick up your bouquet on your behalf. Please email to let us know if someone will be picking up your subscription in your place.
